1.) Court Captains will be responsible for supplying the Club with a full list of all players in the group before the first day of play.
2.) Final allocation of all courts will be at the management’s discretion.
3.) Court Captains will be responsible for seeing that court payments are made by all individual members in the group.
4.) Full court payment must be paid prior to November 1st. If any balance is due after this date, a late fee of $50.00 per court hour will apply. If balance remains on December 15th, playing privileges of the court may be suspended until balance is paid in full.
5.) Court deposits are non-refundable unless booked again for the season.
